Please Note:As from March 2012 Vinci council,as well as others around Italy, are introducing a new tourist tax which requires that our clients pay Euro 1 per person per day up to a maximum of 6 days of their stay.Children under 14 and the registered disabled are exempt from the charge.
The tax is being introduced in order to maintain the attractions and facilities that are visited and used by tourists.
But it's not all bad news as we now offer discounted prices off the second week of your stay.This is 10% off the advertised apartments prices and 14% off those of Casa Eden.These prices will only apply if you book accommodation with us for two weeks.
'High Season' runs from 1st April through to September 30th and also includes Christmas, New Year and Easter.

For periods of rental of two weeks or more a change of linens is provided.
For children under the age of three, we'll be happy to provide a high chair and cot free of charge.
Prior to departure a fee of €26 is payable for the final cleaning of the apartment.
The minimum rental period during High Season is one week from Saturday at 2:00pm to Saturday 9:00am
During Low Season we are happy to accept bookings for shorter periods

The price of the property is based on four people sharing.
The price includes all mains services, use of swimming pool and whirlpool (in season), and all linens and towels with the exception of beach towels for use at the pool.
For rental periods of two weeks or more a change of linens is provided.
Prior to departure a fee of €50 is payable for final cleaning of the property.
The minimal rental period during High Season is one week from Saturday at 2:00pm to Saturday 9:00am.
During Low Season we are happy to accept bookings for shorter periods.
During the colder months heating is supplied for a charge of Euro 15 per day

During the winter months the cost of gas consumed will be calculated for the period of your holiday and charged to you at the end of your stay.
