If you are intending to drive down from Pisa airport, you should exit the airport onto the Superstrada in the direction of Firenze.After approximately 45 minutes you should look out for the exit signposted simply 'Empoli'*.Take this turnoff and then follow the signs for Vinci.
If you are coming from the direction of Florence airport, get onto the Autostrada A1 towards Florence and take the exit signposted 'Scandicci' and then join the Superstrada in the direction of Pisa.After approximately 30 minutes, look out for the exit signposted simply 'Empoli'*.Take this turnoff and follow the signs for Vinci.
On arriving at Vinci drive through the village and up the hill.Part way up look for a black and white sign, on your left, for Podere Zollaio, which is a sharp turnoff onto a small lane.We are the fourth farmhouse along this lane.You will see the Podere Zollaio sign directly ahead of you on a short brick pillar
